LATEST MMN FROM BELIZE FLAG

Further to previous notice from Belize, with temporary measurements due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), please note that MMN-20-002 has been superseded by the MMN-20-003, which include new temporary measures to be taken for ships under Belize Flag.


Belize (IMMARBE) is prepared to grant extension on mandatory surveys and audits (SOLAS, MARPOL, ILL, ISM, ISPS, MLC, etc.) up to July 31st, 2020 subject to coordination with the Recognized Organization in charge of the mandatory certification, to support the extension.


All extensions granted in accordance with previous version of this notice (MMN-20-003), can be further extended until July 31st, 2020 if it is confirmed that the situation of the previous extension, remains unchanged.


All the cases will be analyzed on case by case basis by technical staff.
