The purpose of SOLAS Training Manual is to provide all members of the crew with instructions and information on the life saving appliance provided in the vessel, and on survival techniques. This manual may also be used as a framework and reference source for those personnel whose duty it is to give instructions to crew members in the use of the life saving appliances and the practice of survival at sea. Additionally, it is intended as a reference source for all personnel.
